All meetings have been scheduled to take place on the campus of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, in the Board Room of Winants Hall, 7 College Avenue, New Brunswick. Executive Board meetings are scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. Full council meetings are scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m.
